Price Match PolicyIf you find a lower price including shipping, taxes on the same item we offer, we will do our best to beat that price. Please note that we only compare prices to other authorized online dealers and not to auction sites, department stores or membership type warehouses. All price match request must be for brand new items that have not been discontinued. Some online merchants sell merchandise at a loss that they will not sell in the future. We do not. Please submit your request before you place your order. We will not match any prices after your order has been processed.
We offer Free shipping with no minimum purchase necessary in the continental US. Our competitor's site must have a lower price including shipping, taxes etc, in order for us to consider your price match request.
How does price match work?
1.Please e-mail us your price match request to info@efendos.com
2.In the subject line, please type in “Price match request".
3.Please give us the exact web address of the competitor and the model number and name of the product you are requesting a price match for.
4.We will e-mail you back within one business day if your request has been accepted.
5.Once accepted, you can go ahead and place your order on our website.
Please paste or type our response in the “comments box” on the second page of the order checkout form. We will reduce and modify your invoice before we charge your credit card at the reduced price. You will have the ability to check your modified invoice once your order has been shipped.
All price match request are considered by e-mail only and are only valid for orders placed with a major credit card online. Gift certificate orders do not qualify for price matches. We reserve the right to reject any price match request for any reason.
